Recommendation: That Public Works,
Planning and Economic Development and Public Health staff review the City of
Toronto’s Board of Health and Equity criteria for consideration in Hamilton’s
Master Transportation Plan and report back to the General Issues Committee

to the Right Hounourable Premier Kathleen Wynne; the Honourable Debra
Matthews, Minister of Health and Long Term Care; and local Members of
Provincial Parliament to support the development of a provincial menu
labeling legislation.
