That the minutes of the meeting held on March 26, 2021, be adopted as printed.

That Board Members be approved to attend the following CAPG webinars:  April 27, 2021 Governance 101, April 29, 2021 Body Worn Cameras (Policy Considerations for Police Governance), and June 30, 2021 Policy Development in Police Governance.

That the Board receive the 2020 Missing Person - Urgent Demands for Records Report as information;

And that the Board make the report available to the public, as specified by the regulations of the Missing Person Act, 2018 of the Ministry of the Solicitor General of Ontario.

That the Board direct the Administrator to engage eSCRIBE Software Ltd. as the Board’s  electronic agenda management software solution provider; and that

The Administrator be authorized to enter into and execute any required contact and ancillary documents required to give effect thereto with eSCRIBE Software Ltd., and that

The Administrator be directed to work with the Hamilton Police Service (HPS) to host eSCRIBE on the Service’s website; and that

The Administrator purchase iPads, or other equivalent technologies, for Board Members who do not already possess such materials.
