Pursuant to Section 8.1, sub-sections (b), (e), and (f) of the City’s Procedural By-law and Section 239.1, subsection (b), (e), and (f) of the Ontario Municipal Act this matter will be considered in Closed Session as the subject matters pertain to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including City employees. Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the City. The receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
