Pursuant to Section 8.1, Sub-sections (d), (e) and (f) of the City's Procedural By-law 18-270; and, Section 239(2), Sub-sections (d), (e), and (f) of the Ontario Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, as the subject matter pertains to labour relations or employee negotiations; litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the City; and, the receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.

Pursuant to Section 8.1, Sub-section (k) of the City's Procedural By-law 18-270; and, Section 239(2), Sub-section (k) of the Ontario Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, as the subject matter pertains to a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board.
