Pursuant to Section 9.1, Sub-sections (a), (b), (e) and (f) of the City's Procedural By-law 21-021, as amended, and Section 239(2), Sub-sections (a), (b), (e) and (f) of the Ontario Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, as the subject matter pertains to the security of the property of the municipality or local board; personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; and, advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
