Correspondence from the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) respecting the 2019-2020 Membership Invoice - Advocacy Fund Contribution along with Appendix A that provides background information on the Advocacy Fund.

Recommendation: That the Advocacy Fund ($45,200) be approved and funded from the 2019 Legislative Budget, requiring an increase of $30,000 to the 2019 Legislative Budget.
