Pursuant to Section 8.1, Sub-sections (c), (d), (e) and (f) of the City's Procedural By-law 14-300, and Section 239, Sub-sections (c), (d), (e) and (f) of the Ontario Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, as the subject matters pertain to a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land for municipal or local board purposes; labour relations or employee negotiations; litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; and, the receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
