Auction Account Fund

a. That the Board approve the purchase of tickets to attend the Liberty for Youth Annual Power of a Changed Life Fundraising Gala & Silent Auction taking place virtually on November 4, 2020 from 7 – 8pm at a cost of $25 per person, to be paid from the auction account, and;

b. That the Board approve a financial donation to support an adapted version of the 6^th Annual Gala Dinner to provide gift bags with hygiene and other items, as well as a special meal the first day of their opening at a new location, to benefit Wesley Community Homes in the amount of $200 to be paid from the auction account.

6.3

Voluntary Paid Duty Fees (PSB 20-078)

That the Hamilton Police Services Board approves a 5% increase to the administrative fees of voluntary paid duty contracts to account for cost recovery; and

That the Hamilton Police Services Board enacts By-law 20-001 to approve the addition of Schedule 'E', attached hereto, to amend By-law 11-001, being a By-law to impose fees and charges for services provided by the Board.

2020 Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist (PSB 20-082)

That the Board authorize staff to go above complement to immediately recruit an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to support the Service’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy, and;

That the Board direct the Service to bring recommendations during the 2021 budget process for the long term funding of the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Specialist position.
