to Section 8.1, Sub-sections (e) and (f) of the City’s Procedural By-law
14-300, and Section 239(2), Sub-sections (e) and (f) of the Municipal Act,
2001, as amended, as the subject matter pertains to matters of litigation or
potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals,
affecting the municipality or local board and advice that is subject to
solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that
purpose.
