That the Board approve and receive the consent items as distributed.

That the minutes of the meeting held October 15, 2020, be adopted as printed.

That the Board approve payment of the OAPSB 2021 Membership fee in the amount of $6,595.27.

That the Board endorse the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism, as adopted by the Parliament of Canada.

That the Board approve a financial donation of $200 to support The Bridge's Bridge to Hope 2020 virtual event taking place on November 19, 2020, to be paid from the auction account.

That the Board approve the Hamilton Police Historical Society and Museum's deputation request with regards to presenting their 2018/2019 Annual Report for a future meeting.

  1. That the Board approve the adoption of the City of Hamilton (COH) Procurement Policy By-law 20-205, approved by Council on September 30, 2020; and that
  2. That the Board approve the amendments to the COH Procurement Policy (Policy) as listed in Report PSB 12-115c.
  1. That the Board pre-approve the expenditure of $1,766,918 for the purchase of new/used police vehicles in the 2021 Police Capital Budget; and that
  2. That the Board pre-approve the expenditure of $432,700 for up-fitting equipment for the above referenced vehicles in the 2021 Police Capital Budget; and that
  3. That the Board approve the new 2021 vehicles to be purchased through the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services - Vehicle Acquisition Vendor of Record; and that
  4. That the Board approve the purchase of the used plain door vehicles, as outlined in PSB 02-052 – Used Vehicle Purchases.
  1. That the Hamilton Police Service Board (HPSB) approves the list of 2021-2030 Projected Police Capital Expenditures; and that
  2. That the HPSB approves items 1 to 4 to be considered by the City of Hamilton for funding in 2021; and that
  3. That the HPSB forwards the approved plan to the City of Hamilton for inclusion in their 2021-2030 Capital Budget Plan.
